Il Ristorante La Canonica si trova a Trastevere, a due passi dalla famosa Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere, luogo dove nacque e si sviluppò il popolo romano. Casa del poeta Belli, ispirazione di Trilussa, Trastevere è il cuore di Roma. Oggi il quartiere Trastevere è tra i più belli e caratteristici di Roma, fulcro della vita notturna ed eventi enogastronomici. Il Ristorante La Canonica nasce da un chiesa sconsacrata ed è una delle “osterie” più antiche di Trastevere.

It's a family thing.......

Volare Restaurants Ltd has been trading since 2007, and still improving the customer experience as the restaurant has been refurbished with a new suspended ceiling and a new bar... We always strive to give you the best Italian produce at  good value for money during these times of economic hardship. Partners and Hosts Onofrio Maimone and Cinzia Lopalco say "When you come to our place, we'll make all efforts to make sure you feel like you are on holiday in Italy for as long as your stay!".

Onofrio is from Sicily and has an extensive experience in catering. He's been working in the trade all his life and is the chef/proprietor of the establishment.

Cinzia is from Puglia and has been managing holiday farms, where she's learnt the trade and all the aspects of day to day running of kitchen and front of house. In the kitchen, Jason Maimone is our head chef in the kitchen and has followed in Onofrios footsteps and has learnt everything there is to know from his father, he is very talented, very motivated to keep high standards and eager to takeover one day along with his wife Victoria Maimone who is once again very talented in the front of house and she strives to make everyone feel welcomeand enjoy their meal or special occasions with us

At Volare, we have excellent food and a large Wine list to choose from. We source our ingredients locally and the rest is imported from Italy through a network of leading distributors.All this mixed with family style service gives you a true authentic taste of real Italy!

La Storia dello Chef

Dino is geboren in de Zuid-Italiaanse streek Salento, waar veel gerechten van Il Fiore zijn oorsprong vinden. Als kind stond hij al met veel liefde in de keuken terwijl hij zijn moeder hielp bij het maken van verse pasta’s.

Toen Dino op zijn dertiende naar Maasmechelen verhuisde, werd hij de buurjongen van zijn toekomstige echtgenote Diana Pani. Diana, wiens familie afkomstig is uit het zonnige Sardinië, deelde zijn liefde voor pure ingrediënten en gerechten.

In de woorden van Dino: “Wij doen niet aan confusion cooking.” 26 jaar na hun trouwdag staan de jeugdliefdes nog altijd met dezelfde hartstocht in de keuken.

Hun warmte en gastvrijheid is binnen Maastricht ongeëvenaard en laat gasten even het gevoel van Zuid-Italië proeven. Dino en Diana zijn het hart van Il Fiore.

The story behind Ristorante la Vela is as unique as the food we serve. A mixture of passion, determination and hard work, paved the way for our restaurant over a decade ago.

Ristorante La Vela as a concept was conceived by Michelle Muscat back in 2008. Accountant by profession, Muscat comes from a food-loving family with a long history in the catering business. La Vela started out as a hobby, however by time, it became a full-time job infused with much passion and dedication.

Through persistence and hard work, Michelle Muscat along with her team of talented chefs, created a place where wonder and amazement are merged into one, a place where you can enjoy a lovely meal and a great time.

This popular dining spot is not only known for its atmospheric ambience, but also for the wonderful dishes which are served to customers. Ristorante La Vela is known for hosting a number of celebrities including many popular singers, actors and football personalities from all over the world.

Meet Our Dedicated Chefs
Enrico

Originally from Scicli, Ragusa where he studied the art of cooking, Enrico has joined the restaurant when he was 21 years old. He has grown with the restaurant for the past nine years and with his unlimited passion and dedication Enrico has proven time after time his talent for cooking.

Enrico is our head chef and together with Vincenzo he is pleasantly surprising our customers with new specialities each week.

Vincenzo

Vincenzo is from Ispica, Sicily, and has been with La Vela for over five years now. His delicious dishes speak for his love and passion for food loud and clear. Coming from Ispica, where he went to catering school, Vincenzo has not only knowledge and skills but also great intuition.

The art of combining flavours and creating mouthwatering compositions has no secrets from him, which he has proven many times.

Il Girasole nasce nel 2000, in un contesto rurale e caratteristico delle antiche case di campagna.
Siamo situati nella campagna della piccola e accogliente città di Massignano, siamo su di una collina esposta al sole da cui si può ammirare lo splendido mare sulla sinistra e sulla destra i monti Sibillini.
I proprietari, Francesco e Gianna, iniziarono qui con un piccolo ristorante che è rimasto in costante evoluzione.

Venti anni dopo, siamo ancora entusiasti e felici di fornire alloggi vari e unici ai nostri amati ospiti.
Con ristorante, piscina, camere, lussuose Safaritents, parco giochi per bambini e numerosi giardini, siamo il punto di riferimento perfetto per il viaggiatore che è alla ricerca di un luogo di vacanza perfetto per famiglie e coppie.

Il Girasole si trova a 5 minuti dalle spiagge di Cupra Marittima, dove adulti e bambini possono trascorrere momenti meravigliosi sui tratti più belli e tranquilli della costa adriatica, fino alle famose bianche scogliere del Conero.

Siamo a meno di 1 ora di distanza dal Parco Nazionale dei Monti Sibillini, dove è possibile fare passeggiate o fare un picnic nella natura e scoprire i sapori tipici di un luogo incontaminato e lontano dalle città.
Puoi visitare i molti dei borghi medievali costruiti sulla cima delle nostre colline dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato a qualche secolo fa e le tradizioni persistono ancora.

Abbiamo percorsi per gli amanti delle biciclette che vi metteranno alla prova e sapranno emozionarvi con un paesaggio dinamico e immerso nel verde.

Gli alloggi nelle camere offrono bagno e aria condizionata con l’opportunità di vivere gli spazi all’aria aperta a 360°, mentre le nostre Safaritent vi spianeranno la strada verso la nuova frontiera del Glamping dove comfort e natura trovano il giusto punto d’incontro.

La piscina è al sale e con vista mare e vi permetterà di abbronzarvi e rilassarvi in totale relax.

Pizzeria Ristorante Il Merlo è un locale nel bel mezzo delle colline senesi.

Locale con bar, pizzeria con forno a legna, ottimo pesce e cucina toscana.

Una piccola oasi nel verde, vicino al centro, ma nella quiete più totale. Riguardo al cibo: tutto fatto in casa, con verdure prevalentemente provenienti dell'orto di famiglia. I lievitati sono preparati con lievito madre di produzione pripria.

La nostra pizzeria nasce nel marzo 2013 da un sogno di Leo il titolare, siamo una pizzeria con posti a sedere (circa una novantina) , utilizziamo prodotti 100% made in italy , partendo dalla farina napoletana , sino ad arrivare a tutti gli ingredienti che farciscono le nostre pizze.
